Business Development Representative

Our Business Development/Sales Development Representatives (BDR/SDR) play a vital role in the early stages of building your sales funnel by identifying and qualifying potential leads and ensuring that only high-quality prospects are passed on to the Account Executives. This allows the sales team to focus on closing deals quicker.

The team generates quality prospects by leveraging data-driven marketing strategies and targeted outreach to identify and engage potential customers who fit your ideal customer profile (ICP). This approach maximises the effectiveness of marketing and sales efforts, leading to higher conversion rates.

The team takes a proactive approach to initiate contact with your ICP through cold calls, emails or social media. They also handle inbound leads, nurturing these through personalised communication and providing relevant information to move them down the funnel.

Once a lead is qualified, the business development team will schedule a discovery call between the prospect and the Account Executive.

Account Executive

The Account Executives are experienced B2B sales professionals. They aim to close deals and drive significant revenue growth for your business. They will manage the end to end sales cycle including building customer relationships, negotiating contracts and ultimately converting qualified leads into customers. They also bring strategic insights to the sales process, leveraging their experience to identify opportunities, overcome objections and close deals efficiently. 

The Account Executive (AE) facilitates discovery calls and engages in a personalised pitch aligning your solution with the customer’s requirements. The objective is to convert the prospect into a paying customer. 

Account Executives gain a deeper understanding of their customer’s business challenges, buying cycles, key stakeholders (including decision makers) and business goals. Through authentic engagement, valuable insights and excellent customer service, AE’s build trust and add value to the relationship.

Account Executives drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling and renewals. Their sales strategies are tailored to maximise customer lifetime value, leading to steady growth and predictable revenue.

Sales Management

Sales teams report to an assigned Sales Manager. Our Sales Managers set clear goals, develop strategic sales plans and ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools and training to succeed. We foster a positive and productive sales environment and capture all relevant customer data in our CRM or yours. Sales Managers may serve as a single point of contact and provide you with forecasts and other updates including regular reporting.
