Our pre-sales team supports the sales and success team by conducting technical demonstrations, setting up proof of concepts, assisting with technical evaluations, feasibility studies and implementation leading to a technical win.

The Pre-Sales team are typically responsible for configuration, resolving technical issues and building and setting up the integration.

The Pre-Sales team reports to an assigned VP, Technical Services who oversees the delivery of  services ensuring it meets and exceeds customer expectations.
